About Ren,
Ren was born in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois as a first generation Asian-American. She began her young career as a musician; competing and performing as a pianist since age 5, violin since age 7, and voice since age 14. These years in music performance led her to her love of acting - booking her first role as a young violinist in a nationally aired Samsung Galaxy SIII TV Commercial.
Since graduating with a B.A. in piano performance from USCโs Thornton School of Music with a second B.A. in theatre from the School of Dramatic Arts, she has been working as an actress and voice-over artist based in Los Angeles and New York.
Renโs work includes multiple festival-winning short films including Tribeca Film Festival, Hollyshorts, Filmquest, and LA Shorts and has voiced over 80 titles across Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.
